Meet Juno! Juno is an 8 month old pointer/beagle mix that is looking for her forever home. She came to our shelter after being rescued from euthanasia in Tennessee. Even though she may not have had the best live, she is one happy-go-lucky pup! Juno has struggled with an intestinal parasite, coccidia, and a severe urinary tract infection but now has a clean bill of health! As you can imagine, trying to potty train a puppy while dealing with infections wasn’t the easiest. Now that she is doing better, she is in a foster home to help her become fully potty trained.
At the shelter, Juno would scratch at the door or bark to let us  know she wanted to go outside. Juno is a playful, but smart puppy.  Her favorite outdoor activity is playing fetch with the shelter staff and spending as much time as she can outside. Although, we have to keep an eye on her because she likes to put everything in her mouth. Juno gets along well with just about everything she has been exposed to: kids, cats, dogs, etc. She is always looking to please and  knows how to sit on command. Did we mention that this little pup LOVES food?! She is the first one to finish her bowl and is like a vacuum cleaner, cleaning up all of the food that may have dropped on the floor.
Juno is looking for a forever family that understands the needs of a puppy. She will need someone that can help her burn off some of her puppy energy and that provide her with the training needed to be a good girl. We can promise you that she will thank you by giving you lots of cuddles and wet kisses!

If you are interested in meeting Juno, please contact the shelter via phone, email, or Facebook to schedule a meet and greet since she in a foster home and is not currently at the shelter.
